many of which are vintage pieces from the early 20th
century.

The detailed photos below give several examples of the
unique items chosen for this piece but there is much more
to discover of the artistry and beauty it possesses.

This history of this old-style piece is varied. One resource in my
researches indicated an example of a similarly styled Crow bandolier
as a horses decoration. There are other styles of bandolier that were
most definitely created for the warrior and not his steed however, so
it could easily go either way.

Even if we are to take this as a horse adornment, it is just as likely
that the warrior would wear such a piece during a dance session
while reliving the story of his acts of war or a raiding party through
his dancing. As such, this style of bandolier is generally only seen
among dancers wearing 'Old-Style' outfits or period costumes from
the late 19th - early 20th centuries.
